I just ran 480 miles from the Santa Monica pier to Las Vegas with people who will now have a piece of my heart forever.

This was the coolest thing I have ever done in my entire life. If I’m honest, I still don’t know if I fully have the words / ability to process this experience, and it’ll probably be all I talk about for a long time.
 It’s crazy that the same brain that has kept you stuck, kept you scared, kept you small, kept you depressed, is the exact same brain that can carry you across a desert for 480 miles. What wrecked me most though was the people. My team was extraordinary. You need people who push you farther than you’d ever go alone. Surround yourself with them and protect them at all costs! Here’s a few things I learned that I think you need to know: 
You can choose joy in all moments You need to create moments in your life for God to act in. It’s an absolute necessity to surround yourself with people who push you to go farther and faster than you ever have before.
