Earlier this week in New Zealand, @UnitedNations Secretary-General @AntonioGutteres called for bold policy changes from governments to address #ClimateChange: 
1. Taxing pollution, not people.

2. Stopping fossil fuels subsidies. 
3. Stopping the construction of new coal plants by 2020. .
