I kept debating if I should post this! I’ve shared a lot on my story and talked a lot with friends in person about body dysmorphia, specifically in the gay community. We're constantly looking at the guy next to us thinking he's leaner, he's bigger, he's better. Comparison truly is the thief of joy. I think an older version of Frankie would be scared to share this transformation because I’ve always been so fixated on being lean/shredded. But I’ve also received so much kind and positive feedback about my thicker physique, so I’m excited to share my progress to date. #1 Oct 2025: 153lbs (Before Leg Day) vs March 2026: 158lbs (5 Months of Leg Day) #2/#3 March 2025: 147lbs vs March 2026: 158lbs 11lbs in a year! But honestly? I've never felt stronger. 55lb weighted tricep dips. 20lb weighted pullups. 140lb seated shoulder press. 85lb dumbbell chest press. And look at my Quads?! The bulk has been bulking.
