Staying healthy together! 💪🏽🤗💛 Our boys are always welcome to join us for movement! As a mom, I believe the health of my children is almost 💯 directly up to me. So the movement they have, what they eat, their sleep, mental and emotional. And encouraging them in their faith! It is all a balance… I’ve found that the better educated I am, the healthier I am, the more rested i am… I can then better serve them along side my hubby of course!
