When I was a middle schooler on my varsity swim team, I always thought the older girls who confidently showed up in a bikini to practice were the coolest. This was by no-means a “practice” level swim (more like a short, post-ride cool down in a small pool), but maybe I’m getting closer to the day where I’m cool enough to workout in one too. 😆😂🏊🏻‍♀️ #altitudetraining #swimming #cooldown
