I was so nervous about sharing this. I’m laughing in this video, but PMDD is not a joke. This is PMS on steroids! It starts right after ovulation and stops when your period starts( Luteal Phase). For months, possibly years, I’ve been suffering from it and had no idea what I was dealing with, from depression to anxiety, the panic attacks girlllllllll. It was three much! I haven’t been as consistent on socials as I would like, which was partly why. I’m grateful to have noticed a pattern, and I’m on the path to correcting it( if possible). Because you guys don’t know how much I beat myself up about this. Unfortunatly, from my research, there is still so much unknown about this condition.
