How’d I do? 👀 • Recipe Below ⬇️ • • Chimichurri Sauce: 1/2 Onion, finely chopped 1 Jalapeño Pepper (seeds removed), finely chopped 4-5 Garlic Cloves, finely chopped 1/2 cup - Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 cup - Fresh Cilantro, finely chopped 1/4 cup - Fresh Parsley, finely chopped 2 Tbsp. Dry Oregano, finely chopped 3/4 cup - Extra-Virgin Olive Oil *Salt to taste* Wings: Cook wings in any style you’d like, and season with your seasoning of choice. (I recommend a very modest blend to not over powering the sauce. I just used salt, pepper, and garlic powder.) Toss in the sauce and enjoy!
