Feeling super “in my body” the last few days. That’s the best way I can describe it. Like my legs feel strong and I feel in control of my movements when I’m running. Anybody know what I mean? The feeling will come and go, I know. But I wish this for all of you at some point. Session was: 2 mile jog, 2 min build, 2 min jog Drills and strides 5x800 at 2:25-2:30 with 60-90 sec recovery 5 min rest 4x200 at 35-33 with 30-45 sec recovery 3 mile jog cooldown Outfit: All lululemon Ribbed Nulu high neck yoga bra Align HR short 4” Blissfeel running shoes Huge s/o to natinvv/ nativsnaps for coming out to our workout Friday evening to get these 🔥 golden hours shots 📸 #allthefeels #trackworkout
