Then you need to try these Chocolate Peanut Butter Overnight Oats 🍫🥜🤌🏼
Mix together:
- 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
- 3/4 cup fairlife chocolate milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder (I use bowmar_nutrition protein hot chocolate of course! Code “EMILY” saves ya $$)
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Store in the fridge overnight, and then eat the next morning! I topped them off with blueberries + strawberries as well 🫐🍓
Macros for one serving (without fruit!) 👉🏼 45g protein, 51g carbs, 14g fat, 495 calories
