I wasn’t getting stronger because of how little I was eating When I first started CrossFit, I was probably eating around 1200-1500 calories per day I always thought just “eating healthy” was enough for any type of physical goal I had no idea that I should have been eating around 2000-2500 calories per day until I was taught by a coach to do so As soon as I started increasing my calories, my strength shot up. I hit multiple PRs within just a few weeks ✅ My body composition started to change ✅ I was losing body fat while building muscle ✅ My performance and recovery felt so much better ✅ All from increasing my food intake and fueling my body correctly.
