BAKERY STYLE CHOCOLATE CHIP MUFFINS! The bigger, the better!! Try my top three tips for big, fat, fluffy muffins:
1️⃣ Rest the batter for 30-45 minutes before baking off the muffins. Just cover it with a kitchen towel and leave it at room temp.
2️⃣ Only fill every other muffin liner - this gives the muffins more room to rise while baking!
3️⃣ Bake the muffins at 425 for the first 6 minutes, then lower the heat to 350 for the rest of the baking cycle.
