And that’s all the more valuable in a world where volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are “just the norm,” says Ray Jones, PMI-ACP, PMP, a program manager at SMX Technology in San Antonio, Texas. “There are many elements that we just don’t know,” he says. “But we can work toward making it better, toward resolving that ambiguity.” One way for project leaders to do that: Foster always-on learning.
