- I use a pan & room temperature butter đ§. A plancha or griddle doesnât give it the same razzle dazzle
-Why arenât your edges getting golden? Your heat is too high. Turn it down! Medium low heat is the only way. If itâs too high, theyâll burn & not have a change to get golden. Major key đ is letting them cook slowly in the butter. That way, when you use your spatula to take a lil peak, you wonât miss the golden phase
-Pour the batter & leave it alone. Donât move it. At least 1-2 minutes. If your heat is low, you wonât have a chance of burn...
