Whether you’re using the Trader Joe’s brand or Aunt Jemima [idk who Pearl Millie isđŸ€·đŸŸâ€â™€ïž], these tips will help you get your perfect stack! Are you team fluffy or team crispy edges? ‱ - I use a pan & room temperature butter 🧈. A plancha or griddle doesn’t give it the same razzle dazzle -Why aren’t your edges getting golden? Your heat is too high. Turn it down! Medium low heat is the only way. If it’s too high, they’ll burn & not have a change to get golden. Major key 🔑 is letting them cook slowly in the butter. That way, when you use your spatula to take a lil peak, you won’t miss the golden phase -Pour the batter & leave it alone. Don’t move it. At least 1-2 minutes.
