Curious about what happens after we roast our agave hearts? Keep reading! ⬇️ Once cooked, our agave piñas are milled for sugar extraction. The cooked piñas are crushed in order to release the juice, or “aguamiel,” that will be fermented. The minced piñas are washed with pure spring water, straining out the juices, then onto fermentation then distillation 🔥 Our tequila is twice distilled using only copper stills under the watchful eye of Master Distiller Don Raul Reyes Barajas. His many years of experience, passed down for generations, creates a perfectly balanced, award-winning tequila 🙌 #agave #tequila #harvest
