This untitled ink on canson & montgolfier work was created by Saul Steinberg (1914-1999) between 1949 and 1954. This work was a gift to the McMullen Museum of Art from The Saul Steinberg Foundation, which aims to "to facilitate the study and appreciation of Saul Steinberg's contribution to 20th-century art" and to "serve as a resource for the international curatorial-scholarly community as well as the general public." #WorkoftheWeek #McMullen
