How to make CINNAMON ROLLS š®āšØ
These scrumptious cinnamon rolls were dangerously good; they should include a warning labelāan especially deadly combo with my Cinnabon copycat cream cheese frosting recipe.
āØIngredients:
ā¢1 cup brown sugar
ā¢3 tbsp ground cinnamon
ā¢3 tbsp quick-rising yeast
ā¢180 ml warm whole milk
ā¢1/3 cup granulated sugar
ā¢60 gr melted butter (1/4 cup)
ā¢2 eggs + egg yolk
ā¢3 cups all-purpose flour
ā¢1 tsp salt
ā¢60 gr softened butter (1/4 cup)
Icing:
ā¢120gr (4 oz) softened unsalted butter
ā¢2 oz cream cheese (room temperature)
ā¢1 cup powdered sugar
ā¢2 tsp vanilla extract
ā¢1 tbsp lime juice
In a medium bowl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon for the filling and set aside for later. In a separate large bowl (or the bowl of a stand mixer), add yeast, warm milk, and sugar and mix.
