Grilled BBQ Unagi (Eel) is readily found in the frozen section of Japanese markets. It simply needs to be baked to be reheated, meaning the only prep is a bit of slicing and making sushi rice. 🙌🏻

Unagi
▢ 8 oz grilled unagi (eel)
▢ 2 tablespoon unagi sauce
Sushi Rice
▢ 1 cup sushi rice cooked
▢ 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
▢ ½ tablespoon sugar
▢ ¼ teaspoon salt
Garnish
▢ Strips of nori seaweed
▢ Toasted sesame seeds
▢ Wasabi
▢ Pickled ginger
