Completely floored to have placed 1st in one of the top screenwriting competitions cinequestorg I’ve put many years of my life into this script. I’ve probably received coverage on it over thirty times and have completely rewritten 20-30 page sections to improve it by 5%. This script started as a rough idea that needed a lot of work and through endless revisions, it’s become something I’m very proud of. My point is — writing is rewriting. No one ever creates perfection with their first draft. Keep working on your script. Finish it. Polish it. If you’re still thinking about it after all this time — it’s a story worth telling.
