Yaki Onigiri are SO crunchy and easy! 🤤 I love a classic onigiri, but the extra crunch takes this Japanese rice snack to a whole new level. These are super easy to make and customize. You can opt for the classic seasoned rice style or fill it with your favorite fillings like tuna mayo, spicy salmon, etc. 📝 Ingredients — makes 6 Yaki Onigiri Sushi Rice ▢ 1 ½ cup uncooked sushi rice ▢ 2 cups water ▢ 2 teaspoon toasted black sesame seeds ▢ 2 teaspoon sesame oil Soy Glaze ▢ ¼ cup soy sauce ▢ 2 tablespoon mirin ▢ 1 teaspoon sugar 👩🏻‍🍳 Instructions 1. Cook the sushi rice in a rice cooker. Then while warm, season with seasoning ingredients above. 2.
