Pancake tacos or crab rangoon, anyone? A pair of local-favorite food trucks have taken up permanent residency at two of our favorite spots in Pinellas Park, and both are worth a visit ASAP. UbuntuFoodTruck, which specializes in decadent splurge meals, can now be found every night at PeePasCraftBrewery, Pinellas Park's first craft brewery. DudePancakes, famous for their pancake tacos, has set up shop at the UnlimitedVideoGames Superstore every Tuesday-Friday from 5-11:30 pm. Pee-Pa's, with its tremendous beer and atmosphere, and Unlimited Video games - a wonderland for video games - were both already worth a visit on their own, and now we have even more reason to visit.
