This miso, sage brown butter and pumpkin ravioli comes together in minutes and it tastes like fall in a plate. Enjoy!
For 2 servings
4 tbsp butter
1 garlic clove
A few sage leaves
1 tbsp miso
1 tbsp pumpkin puree
1 tbsp mascarpone
1 package of fresh ravioli
Parmesan cheese to serve

Instructions

Boil ravioli as per package instructions.
In a sauté pan melt the butter and add garlic and fresh sage.
Cook until sage is slightly crispy. Remove sage and garlic from the pan.
Add 1 tbsp of miso, pumpkin puree, mascarpone and some pasta water.
Transfer ravioli into the pan and toss gently.
Serve with parmesan cheese and crispy sage.
