HEALTHY VEGAN BANANA BREAD 🍌
🌱Believe it or not, my VEGAN BANANA BREAD recipe is arguably more delicious than the regular one. It’s so moist and flavorful — please give it a try! You will not regret it.
Also my I filmed this before I dyed my hair back to brown :/ I miss being a redhead lol.
✨Ingredients:
•5-6 ripe bananas
•3 tbsp coconut oil
•2 tbsp vanilla extract
•1 tsp cinnamon
•1 cup coconut sugar or date sugar
•1/4 cup milk / mylk
•1/2 tsp salt
•1 tsp baking powder
•1/2 tsp baking soda
•2 cups almond flour
•1 cup oat flour
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mash bananas using a fork or wooden spatula. Add oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut sugar, vegan mylk, and stir until combined. Add the baking powder and baking soda and 1/3 of the flours. Stir and repeat until you run out of flour. Add to greased bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
