HEALTHY VEGAN BANANA BREAD š
š±Believe it or not, my VEGAN BANANA BREAD recipe is arguably more delicious than the regular one. Itās so moist and flavorful ā please give it a try! You will not regret it.
Also my I filmed this before I dyed my hair back to brown :/ I miss being a redhead lol.
āØIngredients:
ā¢5-6 ripe bananas
ā¢3 tbsp coconut oil
ā¢2 tbsp vanilla extract
ā¢1 tsp cinnamon
ā¢1 cup coconut sugar or date sugar
ā¢1/4 cup milk / mylk
ā¢1/2 tsp salt
ā¢1 tsp baking powder
ā¢1/2 tsp baking soda
ā¢2 cups almond flour
ā¢1 cup oat flour
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, mash bananas using a fork or wooden spatula. Add oil, vanilla extract, cinnamon, coconut sugar, vegan mylk, and stir until combined. Add the baking powder and baking soda and 1/3 of the flours. Stir and repeat until you run out of flour. Add to greased bundt pan. Bake for 45 minutes. Cool and enjoy!
