BLUEBERRY STREUSEL MUFFINS đ
#ad Calling all my blueberry lovers! These muffins are perfect any time of day, not just at breakfast time!đ I used swervesweetie in this recipe which is amazing for baking and measures just like regular sugar, so super easy to substitute.

Ingredients:
½ cup melted butter
½ cup Swerve Brown SweetenerÂ
½ cup Swerve Granular SweetenerÂ
2 eggs
½ cup sour cream
2 cups blueberries + 1 tbsp flour for coating
2 cups all purpose flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla extract

Streusel Topping:

½ cup melted butter
1 cup all purpose flour
½ tsp cinnamonÂ

1. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown and granular sweeteners. Whisk until well combined.
2. Add eggs, one at a time, whisk in the sour cream and vanilla.Â
3. Fold the sifted flour, baking powder, and salt into the wet ingredients.
4. Toss the blueberries with 1 tbsp flour, then gently fold into the batter.
