These muffins are perfect any time of day, not just at breakfast time!😍 I used swervesweetie in this recipe which is amazing for baking and measures just like regular sugar, so super easy to substitute.   Ingredients: ½ cup melted butter ½ cup Swerve Brown Sweetener  ½ cup Swerve Granular Sweetener  2 eggs ½ cup sour cream 2 cups blueberries + 1 tbsp flour for coating 2 cups all purpose flour, sifted 2 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt 2 tsp vanilla extract   Streusel Topping: ⅔ cup Swerve Granular Sweetener  ½ cup melted butter 1 cup all purpose flour ½ tsp cinnamon    1. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, brown and granular sweeteners. Whisk until well combined. 2. Add eggs, one at a time, whisk in the sour cream and vanilla.  3.
