Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Recipe

Pumpkin Spice Cold Foam
⢠1 tablespoon pumpkin puree
⢠1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
⢠Light pinch of salt
⢠1/4 cup heavy cream
⢠2 tablespoons  2% reduced fat milk
⢠2 tablespoons vanilla syrup
Cold Brew
⢠Ice
⢠8 oz Cold brew coffee
⢠1-2 tablespoons vanilla syrup to taste
⢠Pumpkin pie spice garnish

1. In a jar, add the pumpkin puree, pumpkin spice, salt, heavy cream, 2% milk and vanilla syrup. Stir to combined. Chill in the refrigerator until cold.â¨
