Things I wish someone told me… Before I graduated with a journalism degree and pursued a career in sports. Its okay if you don’t have a job before you graduate college. It’s okay to have butterflies before you go on air. It’s okay to be nervous before you try something new. It’s okay to forget the script that you wrote & have to improvise. It’s okay to take a behind the scenes job while you wait for an on-air sports reporter or tv personality opportunity. It’s okayyyyyyyyyyyyyy. Take a deep breath.
