Ingredients: - 1 loaf brioche bread - 3 cups milk - 1.5 cups heavy cream - 1.5 cups wholesomesweet Organic Fair Trade Dark Brown Sugar - 1 cup wholesomesweet Organic Fair Trade Light Brown Sugar - 1/4 cup sugar -1/3 cup agave (was this our agave?) - 1 tbsp wholesomesweet Organic Fair-Trade Molasses - 2 tbsp cinnamon - 1 egg - 1/3 cup bourbon - 1 tbsp vanilla - chopped almonds or walnuts (optional) TO MAKE: 1️⃣Cube the loaf of brioche bread and set aside. Combine 3 cups milk, 1 cup light brown sugar, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tbsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp vanilla and 1 egg in a large bowl. Whisk to combine. 2️⃣Add cubed brioche to the mixture and toss to combine so bread soaks up as much mixture as possible. Place bread mixture into 8 inch baking dish. Top with chopped nuts if using.
