reminder that all of ur emotions r valid! but just bc they’re valid doesn’t mean they always take precedence in every situation. make sure to validate yourself but also be self aware :-)
as someone who has a tough time processing and regulating my emotions, i often times don’t allow myself to feel “bad” emotions, particularly anger. it’s okay for to feel that way, there is nothing wrong with being angry.
