Fun House, our small batch Berliner Weisse Release this Friday 7/21!! Sour Kettled in our original brewhouse is a fermentation in our kettle with funky lacto cultures giving it a tart flavor and turning our brewhouse into a "Fun House" of flavor. Also, Fun House is the name of one the Head Brewer's favorite albums. Ideas of this brew stemmed from our gose production and perfecting the sour kettle method to create a heat quenching super beverage. We took our sour kettle and fermented it again with our award winning house Hefeweizen strain and added apricots at the end of fermentation. Huge fruit aroma is followed by a tart dry snappy finish alowing for optimal drinkability.
