In this example, James used the word ‘Lightbulb’ 💡 to associate the word ‘transition’ for Conner to understand his transition (both attacking and defending) needs to be quick, like a light switching on. In the coming sets after this talk, James repeatedly used the word ‘lightbulb’ instead of ‘transition’, and Conner responded better to the word in his next action.
