One of Jared’s favorite breakfast items to get at restaurants is traditional crepes with strawberry compote and cream. #AD I admit, I could NEVER quite get the art of making crepes right, because I was trying to wing it with a traditional frying pan—what a BIG no-no! I admit, I definitely needed the MasterChef Cordless Crepe Maker in my life sooner! . . This cordless crepe maker features a non-stick dipping plate plus an electric base, spatula, and recipe guide. I used the traditional crepes recipe in their recipe booklet and decided to top ours with fresh strawberry compote which is simple to make! You just need fresh berries, a little sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch if you want to thicken the compote. . . The tender texture of the crepes was so pleasant with the fresh berries!
