Remove about 3 inches from the end of the chat and an inch from each side. Carefully remove as much of the fat from point near the decile as you can. 2️⃣ Season with and place on smoker over fat side down. SMOKER NEEDS TO BE AT LEAST 375 FOR THIS BUT 400 IS IDEAL 💪🏾 Flip it after45 mins, spritz with water and cook another 45 mins. 3️⃣ Wrap brisket with beef broth tightly in foil.
