Italian dessert? Swedish Cinnamon rolls? Sure, why not!
Ingredients
3 egg yolks
250g Mascarpone
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 packet of Gifflar Cinnamon Rolls
Strong coffee to dip the Gifflar in
Method
Whisk together the egg yolks and sugar until it is light and smooth. Mix in a little mascarpone at a time and beat until fluffy. Put aside.
Cut the Gifflar into slices and dip them in the coffee.
Alternate layers with Gifflar and mascarpone cream in a serving glass. Finish by dusting with a layer cocoa. Enjoy!
