Classic lime tart is a traditional dessert with creamy, dreamy filling. It tastes just like the ones you’ll find in the best bakeries with all the tangy, sweet, fresh and delicious.
Crust
12 whole graham cracker rectangles (6 oz)
2 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp butter, melted
Filling
14 oz(397g) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 cup plain yogurt or sour cream
Lime zest of 2 lime
Butter 9" pie pan and preheat the oven to 350°F. Using a food processor, pulse the graham crackers into crumbs. In a small bowl, mix cracker crumbs and butter; press on the bottom of prepared pan.Bake the pie crust for 10 minutes; it'll start to darken in color a bit. Remove it from the oven, and place it on a rack to cool while you make the filling.
Stir in the sweetened condensed milk, yogurt and lime juice until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the crust, and return the pie to the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes.
Remove the pie from the oven, and cool to room temperature. Refrigerat...
