Day 2 of my Fusion Series, where I combine the influence of two cultures. This Creamy, Spicy Gochujang Pasta brings Korea & Italy together in the most FLAVORFUL way!
•boil pasta of choice al dente & reserve pasta water
•in a skillet on med heat add 2tbsp butter, 2tbsp garlic & 1 diced shallot
•add 3-4tbsp gochujang (Korean red chili paste) & stir in 1 cup heavy cream
•stir 1/4 cup pasta water & reduce heat to low to simmer
•once sauce becomes creamy, add in pasta & mix in some grated parmesan
•top with more parmesan & garnish with pieces of roasted seaweed
**add more gochujang for more heat🔥🔥
