WE RESCUED A NEW KITTY! @julaarose and I have been talking about rescuing a cat for a decent amount of time now. Casually looking here and there but then we saw soup. He was found behind a funeral home by a worker there, he was fed but not very often. But one thing they did notice was how sweet he is! He was brought in to be fostered by an organization out of NYC called “meow squad”. We reach out to them and applied to adopt him, as you could probably guess, we were approved. We went and picked him up tonight. Now I know you’re supposed to give cats about two weeks acclimate to each other before formally introducing them however, our space doesn’t really allow for that we did the best we could and quite frankly it’s going rather well as a Post theres he’s laying on the bed with me and Julia, Bambi, our other cat is starting to warm up to him too.
