Gear alone won’t make you a better content creator - the RIGHT gear will save you time and energy, but at the end of the day, getting caught in the FOMO cycle of new gear being released and feeling like you need it to create content is a vicious cycle that can be detrimental in the long term. 2. If you want to make content creation a liveable career - it’s going to take TIME and PATIENCE. This isn’t built up over night, and even though we live in the era of “one video can change your life” type content, building a brand, finding consistent clients, and improving your craft will ultimately take years to develop - and that shouldn’t discourage you either, it’s just something to be aware of coming into this line of work. 3.
