Annual church nerdiness alert as it's my ordiversary, the 28th one to be exact. October 29th, 1995 was the day I was ordained to the office of Minister of Word and Sacrament in the @pcusa at Trinity Presbyterian Church in Stockton. I just found a copy of a local Filipino newspaper picked up the story, which is kinda cool considering it is Filipino American History Month. And back in the day we had to take our ordination examine with an actual Book of Order. Here's a pic of mine.
