Boundaries help us improve our mental health and relationships. Setting healthy boundaries helps improve communication, reduce conflict, provide personal safety, and create positive experiences that can lead to more time and energy for things that matter. Our boundaries are related to our values. Because we may have different values than someone else, we may also have different boundaries, and this is okay.
