"Using the generated skeleton & outline as a path for the distribution of various shapes. In this case, using noise to resize the distributed elements. By using Perlin noise, the appeared «randomness» can be somewhat controlled, allowing for smooth transitions when increasing the seed value. Also, the objects can be placed perpendicular to the path, resulting for example in the hair/spike effect."â
