CINNAMON PUMPKIN GRANOLA !!!!! this is the ultimate topping in yogurt bowls, smoothies, or just to munch on anytime š

HOW TO MAKE ā“ā£
- 2 c rolled oatsā£
- 2 tsp cinnamonā£
- 1/2 tsp each: salt⣠& allspice
- 1/4 tsp each: ginger & nutmeg
- 1/2 c roughly chopped walnutsā£
- 1/4 c roughly chopped cashews
mix in a bowl⣠(can substitute other nuts or omit if you donāt like them)
- 1/4 c melted coconut oilā£
- 1/4 c maple syrup
- 1/4 c 1stphorm pumpkin protein powder (smash the level-1 protein link in my 1st phorm story highlight)!
- 1/3 cup pumpkin puree
combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. then add & mix well with dry ingredients until everything is evenly coated. spread on a greased baking sheet. bake at 375°F for 15 mins. let cool completely!! once cooled, break into chunks, store in airtight container, & enjoy :)
