Here’s the recipe:
4 cups torn kale, stems removed
3/4 cup chopped red cabbage
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped snow peas
2 tablespoons chopped cashews
1/4 cup chopped dried apricots
1/4 cup crumbled feta
¼ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon honey
½ teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons water to thin, if needed
Instructions
Massage the kale until the leaves are bright green.
