Gingerbread Man Chocolate Bark 🍫 Are you a fan of gingerbread cookies? This chocolate bark might’ve been one of my favorites, but I do love anything gingerbread flavored! You’ll need- -colored chocolate bars or melting wafers (ghirardelli) -gingerbread essence (lorann) -Gingerbread men or ginger snap cookies -M&Ms -gumdrops -mini marshmallows -gingerbread house decorations -nonpareil sprinkles Melt chocolate bars on a baking tray for 5-10 minutes at 100F in the oven. If using chocolate wafers, melt according to package instructions and color using Colourmill oil based food coloring. Swirl the colors together in the pan with a knife, and add all the toppings while the chocolate is still wet.
