Happy Diwali! 🕯️ To celebrate this year, we asked our Senior Staffing Manager, Laila, to share some of her favorite traditions and special dishes. “In India, we like to celebrate with food! With Diwali specifically, sweets abound! My favorites are traditional Bengali desserts I grew up with… sandesh (milk, sugar, and paneer) and rosagulla (dumplings in a sweet sauce). We also decorate with floral garlands and rangoli, which is an intricate pattern created by various colored powders.”​⁣ ⁣ #HappyDiwali
