I’ve always been pretty active throughout my life but it wasn’t until about 6 years ago where I started going to the gym everyday.
Ladies, I know it can be pretty intimidating to walk into a gym especially if you feel like you don’t know what you’re doing. Dayne pretty much was my guide book to all things weight lifting and now I love it. Find a friend, a workout program, a gym, or even a spot in your house and set a time each day to be active!
Also studies show that maintaining and increasing muscle mass can help you live longer. So show yourself some love because you deserve it and so do your babies! 🥰🫶🏽
