Chef Rush Is a renowned chef, retired combat veteran who served over 20 years in the military. He has multiple tours in Iraq, Afghanistan and there during 9/11 in Pentagon. Chef is an extreme advocate for the military, kids, military sexual trauma/women, homelessness, and he uses cooking to help military/civilians cope with mental issues such as PTSD. Chef is also a master fitness, Combatives and endurance trainer.
