## About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Creator to take full ownership of ElevenLabs’ Instagram and TikTok presence. We already have a highly engaged audience of creators across Youtube, Linkedin, X and Instagram. Now, we’re focused on further deepening our impact across short-form content for Instagram (where we recently crossed 100K followers) and TikTok, scaling those channels in a meaningful, long-term way.

This role is about building and growing accounts that people genuinely want to follow. You’ll be responsible for strategy, execution, and growth, working across copywriting, content creation, experimentation, and community-building while representing the ElevenLabs brand at a very high standard.

You’ll have a high degree of autonomy, frequent opportunities to collaborate with some of the world’s leading AI creators, and the chance to make a visible, lasting impact on how ElevenLabs shows up to the creator community.



## **What you’ll do**

* Own the strategy, content and day-to-day execution for ElevenLabs’ Instagram and TikTok accounts. (and YouTube Shorts)
* Develop and test content ideas that resonate with creators and creatives globally.
* Write compelling scripts and copy, shaping narratives that feel native to each platform.
* Work with internal teams and external creators to produce high-quality static and video content.
* Experiment with formats, trends, and growth tactics to continuously improve reach and engagement.
* Build and nurture an engaged community through comments, DMs, and creator interactions.
* Track performance, learn from data, and iterate quickly based on what works.



## **Who you are**

We’re looking for someone who is deeply excited about social growth and creator culture, and who takes pride in building things from the ground up. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

* Are or have previously been a creator with above 10k followers.
* Are passionate about audio AI and excited by the opportunity to make creative tools more accessible worldwide.

## **What you bring**

**Required**

* You’ve scaled at least one Instagram or TikTok account to 50k+ followers.

**Nice to have**

* You’ve grown multiple accounts (your own or for companies/creators), or worked in social media roles where growth was a core responsibility.
* Strong scriptwriting and copywriting skills with a sharp sense for what performs on social platforms.
* Experience ideating and producing static and video content (hands-on creation is a strong bonus).
* A strong intuition for trends, formats, and cultural moments on Instagram and TikTok. Comfort experimenting, failing fast, and doubling down on what works.
* Comfortable with being on camera to entertain and educate viewers in an engaging way.

AI-generated content is becoming a dominant format across social, creator, and product marketing. Models are evolving at high speed, new modalities unlock new creative possibilities, and audiences now expect a level of quality that traditional production can’t keep up with.

We’re currently producing content that reaches millions of people every month, but we’re in a fast-growing market, and we’ve only begun to show what ElevenLabs’ creative tools can do.

We’re hiring an AI Creative Producer to join our Creator Growth team to help scale our content production.

You’ll help define what great AI-generated content looks like — from cinematic visuals and short films to social assets that inspire millions of creators. Your mission is to prototype workflows, test models, and push the creative boundaries of ElevenLabs’ AI tools.

You’ll work closely with our social and growth teams to produce content that drives awareness, teaches creators what’s possible, and showcases the future of AI-powered storytelling.



## Requirements

We’re looking for a uniquely creative and technically fluent individual who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and generative media.

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

* Have deep experience prompting for image, video, and audio models — with a strong portfolio of examples.
* Have a sharp design eye and can distinguish between good and great creative.
* Understand how to craft stories and communicate visually.
* Know how discovery works across YouTube, Instagram, and X.
* Move fast and independently, with strong creative instincts.
* Have experience collaborating with visual or social media teams.
* Experience editing in Premiere Pro or similar tools.

## What you’ll do

* Create world-class AI-generated visuals and videos using ElevenLabs.
* Create large numbers of examples for our explore page
* Write, refine, and document prompts for cinematic, realistic, and stylized outputs.
* Build prompt guides and workflows to help others replicate and learn from your results.
* Collaborate with the social team to educate users and inspire the community.
* Develop repeatable AI content workflows and help package them for public use.
* Produce growth-driven, social-first assets such as teasers, comparisons, and educational clips.
* Stress-test ElevenLabs tools and contribute structured feedback to the product team.
