The new Transfer Portal Rules… There are now only 60 days a player can enter the transfer portal. Transfer players have 45 days after the conference championships are announced to enter the portal. Once the portal closes after those 45 days, the portal doesn’t open up again until May after the spring semester for 15 days which reaches the 60 day total.
