When the Canadian Women’s Army Corp disbanded in September 1946, Pte Greyeyes was discharged. She later reminisced that her wartime years were the best of her life. She died in her sleep at the age of 90 on March 31, 2011. We remember her important role. #NIHM2025 4/4
