Golf Space Collective is looking for a part-time Social Media & Content Coordinator to support our work with a leading client in the golf equipment space. This person will work closely with GSC’s account lead to keep social content, product launches, YouTube programming, email assets, and influencer-seeding initiatives organized and moving forward.

This is a hands-on execution and coordination role for someone who is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working across multiple platforms, and extremely attentive to detail. A strong understanding of golf culture and golf social media is important.

**Responsibilities**

* Help maintain the client’s monthly social media calendar, including approximately three to five posts and two stories per week.
* Draft social copy and prepare creative links and publishing details for each post.
* Schedule and publish approved content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Confirm that scheduled content publishes correctly and keep calendar statuses current.
* Prepare YouTube titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, Shorts, end-screen recommendations, and supporting social copy.
* Upload and schedule long-form YouTube videos and related short-form content.
* Coordinate creative requests with GSC’s designers and editors, providing clear instructions and following work through completion.
* Manage assigned tasks and deadlines in Asana.
* Organize and communicate client feedback from spreadsheets, Dropbox, [<u>Frame.io</u>](http://frame.io/), email, and Asana.
* Conduct thorough quality-control reviews before publication, including copy, spelling, product names, links, imagery, formatting, and platform specifications.
* Send materials for client approval, coordinate requested changes, and confirm when content is scheduled or live.
* Gather and upload images and other assets needed for email campaigns.
* Review email previews and help move campaigns through the approval process.
* Research golf creators and potential product-seeding partners.
* Conduct approved outreach through the client’s social accounts and customize outreach messages when appropriate.
* Collect creator information and coordinate approved product shipments with the client.
* Track creator outreach, responses, shipments, and follow-up activity.
* Participate in weekly client and internal meetings as needed.
* Communicate proactively when information, approvals, or assets are missing and could affect a deadline.

**Qualifications**

* Experience managing social media for a brand, agency, golf organization, or media property.
* Strong familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube publishing workflows.
* Working knowledge of YouTube SEO, including titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, Shorts, and end screens.
* Strong copywriting and proofreading skills.
* Excellent project-management and follow-through abilities.
* Comfortable communicating with clients, creators, designers, editors, and internal account leads.
* Familiarity with tools such as Asana, Slack, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Dropbox, [<u>Frame.io</u>](http://frame.io/), and social scheduling platforms.
* Strong knowledge of golf, golf culture, and the types of content that resonate with golfers.
* Ability to work independently, manage shifting launch priorities, and remain responsive during normal business hours.
* Exceptional attention to detail is required.

**Time commitment**

Approximately **5-10 hours per week**, with the potential for additional hours surrounding major product launches. Weekday availability and responsiveness to time-sensitive approvals and publishing needs are important.

**Reporting structure**

This person will report directly to GSC’s account lead, who will continue to own the client relationship, overall strategy, and campaign direction.

Part-Time Social Media & Content Coordinator

Freelance Event Photographer Needed
September 30 | Doral, Florida

Golf Space Collective is looking for an experienced event photographer to cover a golf watch party in the Doral area. The event will take place at an indoor bar/restaurant venue and require approximately three to four hours of coverage.

Coverage will include:

* Venue setup and atmosphere
* Attendee arrivals and interactions
* Hosted programming and remarks
* Sponsor branding and signage
* Food, beverage and hospitality details
* Reactions during the watch party
* Approximately 10–15 priority selects delivered shortly after the event
* A final gallery of approximately 30–50 edited images

The ideal photographer has strong event and hospitality experience, professional equipment suited for indoor and low-light conditions, and the ability to capture both candid moments and polished brand imagery.

Freelance Videographer and Licensed Drone Operator Needed
October 5 | Trump National Doral, Miami

Golf Space Collective is looking for an experienced videographer to cover a full-day corporate golf event on the Blue Monster Course at Trump National Doral. A photographer has already been secured, and the videographer will work alongside that photographer and the GSC team.

The anticipated coverage window is approximately 7:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Coverage will include:

* Registration and attendee arrivals
* Tee gifts and event details
* On-course golf action
* Player and guest interactions
* Hospitality areas
* Sponsor branding and signage
* Awards and closing moments
* Aerial footage of the course, venue and event where approved

The footage will support:

* A 60–90 second hero recap video
* A 30-second cutdown
* Three to five vertical social clips
* An organized library of usable b-roll

Applicants must own or have access to a professional drone and hold an active FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate. Drone operation will remain subject to applicable airspace and venue approvals.
