**Position Title: Game Night Production Apprenticeship**

**Location: Gas South Arena – Duluth, GA**

The **Atlanta Gladiators** are looking for motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our **Game Night Production Apprenticeship** program for the 2025–26 season. This is a hands-on opportunity to gain valuable experience in live sports production while contributing to the energy and entertainment of Gladiators home games.

Apprentices will support our in-game presentation and streaming broadcasts by assisting in key roles such as **camera operation, replay coordination, technical directing,** and **audio control.** If you're passionate about hockey, broadcasting, or live event production, this is a great first step into the industry.

**What You'll Do:**

* Help with setup and teardown of game day production equipment
* Operate cameras to capture live game action, crowd reactions, and in-arena entertainment
* Assist with running replays, switching video feeds, and supporting the technical director during the live broadcast
* Operate the audio board for music, effects, and announcements during the game
* Follow direction from the Game Operations and Production teams in a fast-paced environment
* Maintain awareness of shot framing, lighting, and sound quality
* Work closely with other crew members to ensure a smooth and engaging show for fans in the arena and online

**What We're Looking For:**

* Interest in sports media, video production, or live event broadcasting
* Some experience with cameras, audio equipment, or production software is a plus but not required
* Ability to take direction and stay focused in high-energy, high-pressure situations
* Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting equipment up to 35 pounds
* Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a team-first attitude
* Must be available for most Gladiators home games, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
* Professional attitude when interacting with fans, players, staff, and partners
